Great question. Per our PTO policy (section 4.2), you can roll up to 5 days into the new year — anything above that has to be used by Dec 31 or it's forfeited. So 5 of your 6 days will roll, and 1 needs to be used. Want me to help you find dates that work with your team's schedule?
